Overview
CaseQuota wanted to scale outbound lead generation but didn't have the headcount to contact more than a few dozen leads per day. Manually sourcing, writing, and sending outreach was the bottleneck — and hiring more people to send emails wasn't a real solution.
The pipeline starts by sourcing leads from targeted databases and enriching each record with verified contact data, job titles, and company information. The enriched leads feed into a personalized outreach engine that generates tailored messages based on the prospect's industry, role, and company profile.
The system sends initial outreach at scale and automatically schedules multi-step follow-ups on a timed sequence. If a prospect replies positively, the system detects the intent and routes them into a booking flow that drops a qualified meeting directly onto the calendar. Negative replies and bounces are filtered out and logged so the pipeline stays clean.
The entire cycle from lead sourcing to booked meeting runs without anyone manually sending an email, writing a follow-up, or checking for responses.
